We blend our unique women's MMA training style with empowering women on how to handle a combat situation.  Our program combines aspects of boxing, kicking and BJJ groundfighting coupled with the mental approach of thinking like a fighter. We are unlike any other MMA gym. Our experienced female instructors provide personalized attention and guidance to help each student achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will be able to learn and grapple in a real pro wrestling ring under safe and sane conditions at your own pace.  We are open to ages 12 and up. No experience needed. Come check it out! Our approach is to provide a safe and comfortable training environment for our students built on trust. We focus on building self-confidence, good partnership, and empowerment. We also keep you safe - we never punch or kick the face or head. We emphasize self-offense rather than self-defense. You will learn how to punch and kick on the bags, fall safely, and learn various MMA moves. At your first session, you will learn and be able to execute at least 3 MMA submissions and see why women who come do this fall in love with it.
